We bring to you the Honey “as it exists in the beehive” with only filtration as a step to remove any debris and air bubbles before bottling.. The reason for the sometimes amber, often gold and sometimes dark tints in our honey are derived from different floral sources which are accessible or preferable by the bees. Raw honey has no added sugars, antibiotics or added flavours or colours.
The journey of our Bees where they travel from flower to flower collecting nectar and pollen is very much part of our Honey. This is our methodology and principles which we live by.

Our Process
We bypass the commercial processing methods such as pasteurisation and Ultra-Filtration to ensure that beneficial nutrients like pollen, enzymes and anti-oxidants stay put in our Honey to give it our distinctive flavour and hue. Raw Honey has nearly 30 types of bioactive plant compounds. These are called polyphenols which act as antioxidants – we definitely don’t want to process these out.

Honey is the craftwork of our bees and you can see the shine which is often gold to sometimes very dark tints to almost white colour.
