SHIPPING POLICY

The products would be suitably packed to ensure safe transit. Packing material may include newspaper cuttings, straw, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, cardboard boxes, air pockets, and PU foam sheets to provide cushioning for the glass bottles.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  The shipping cut-off time is 2 pm i.e., orders booked after the cut-off time will be processed the next day.

Delivery Time: All orders are delivered within 5-7 working business days. Sometimes, due to the high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by 2-3 days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email to telephone to update you. You may track your order or reach out to us with a subject Delivery on the email Support@justhoney.co.in or by contacting us via WhatsApp on 8882064369 and you will promptly get an update

Shipping charges: Our e-commerce software integrates with ShipRocket Logistics services, calculating a shipping fee using various logistics partners and based on the approximate weight and size of your shipment as well as the distance as determined by the pin code of the shipping address.  There are no shipping charges for orders above 1500/- for destinations in India with the pin code being registered and acceptable to our logistics partners.  Just make sure you check the “free shipping” option at checkout.

Shipping confirmation: you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be mentioned. You may also use the “Track my Order” service on our website to track your delivery and to understand the expected time of arrival.

Personal pick up: If you are in our local area (Gurgaon /Delhi) and would like to pick the honey up and avoid shipping charges, let you know what products you would like to purchase and send us that information via our contact form or via email (support@justhoney.co.in). Once we have your order ready for pick up, we will coordinate with you to arrange a time for you to pick up your order. For local pick-ups, you can pay when you pick up. We accept cash or credit card, and UPI payments.

Damages during shipment: If you experience any problem with your shipment, it is your responsibility to report the damaged package to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at support@justhoney.co.in or WhatsApp us on 8882064369 with the following information :

  • Your Order #
  • A textual description of the damage
  • Ample photo evidence that clearly shows the extent of the damage. Please email us the photos of both the damaged packaging (if that is damaged as well and the damaged items.

This will help us file the damages claim and also help in sending you the replacement of the product. Do not send the damaged products /packaging to Just Honey. We will coordinate with you to ensure the pickup/return of the damaged items.
